1973 Richard Ellis opened first office in Germany

1991 Coldwell, Banker & Company changed name to CB Commercial

1998 Fusion of CB Commercial and Richard Ellis to CB Richard Ellis (CBRE)

2003 CB Richard Ellis purchases Insignia and became the world's real estate services leader

2004 CB Richard Ellis went public on the New York Stock Exchange

2006 CB Richard Ellis purchases Trammell Crow

2010 Named by Fortune magazine as one of the most admired companie in the real estate industry

2011 Company name changed to CBRE Group Inc.
