From these locations we also cover the respective regions outside the main markets in the north, east, middle and south and hence guarantee a German wide presence. Our focus is the realisation of sales and acquisition mandates for single assets. The spectrum ranges from office buildings to prime inner city retail assets as well as to logistics investments and development sites. In cooperation with our other Capital Markets teams we accompany portfolio transactions and provide an important input to the successful realisation of these partly very complex transactions with our local market knowledge and local experience.
