which can be provided in the form of a short or full valuation report.
The CBRE network, with valuation teams in over 50 countries around the world, is on hand for the valuation of cross-border real estate portfolios. Where appropriate, these projects can be coordinated by our specialist team in Germany as your single point of contact, enabling us to provide standardised valuation reports to clients with portfolios that extend across several countries.
Depending on the nature of the instruction and the client's requirements, we compile valuations in accordance with international valuation standards (e.g. RICS, TEGoVa); "German Market Value" appraisals (Verkehrswert in accordance with §194 BauGB); and "German Mortgage Lending Value" appraisals (in accordance with §16PfandGB). Our valuation reports are written in German or English, as determined by the needs of the client.

We provide the full spectrum of qualified valuation professinales required by the market: Chartered Surveyors, "HypZert" qualified appraisers for "German Mortgage Lending Value" valuations, as well as German publicly-appointed and sworn-in valuers. Experienced valuers, with English as their first language, guaranee the quality of our English-language reports.
