Property and Asset Management is an all-inclusive concept for management and development of investment properties. The accounts department has to be exact and up-to-date. This, however, will not in itself result in increase of value.

The keyword for us is a business plan containing those conditions and measures which are necessary in order to ensure the property a stable added value in the short term as well as in the long term.

When we combine the business plan with our large expertise within all areas of real estate, we can make sure that the business plan does not remain theory.

Another keyword for us is to have the overall view. Complex circumstances are solved by teamwork but there will always be one senior employee with the overall responsibility who understands and is experienced in the functions of investment properties

Managing Director Henrik Cederholm has the responsibility for CBRE Property and Asset Management and he will also be involved with each individual property.

We only manage properties within Denmark but through the CBRE network, we can offer property management within and outside of Europe. We can facilitate the contact and to the extent that you may wish, we can act as a liason to our colleagues within CBRE.

CBRE manages more than 3,800 properties with more than 12,200 tenants corresponding to approximately 10.6 mill. sq m and a rent roll of approximately DKK 14 bill.
