CBRE announces the appointment of Valentin Gavrilov as Director of its Russian Research Department.
Valentin Gavrilov
Valentin Gavrilov worked for 7.5 years at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, and as Deputy Head of the Monetary Policy Department he was responsible for the development and implementation of foreign exchange policy. After finishing his MBA studies, Valentin worked at McKinsey & Company in Russia, where he gained extensive experience of business optimization projects with exposure to the banking, FMCG, metals and mining, and heavy industries. In 2009 – 2010 he was appointed as a member of the Board and Head of Finance directorate at Home Credit Bank, Belarus. Immediately prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gavrilov worked as the Head of Management Consulting at the private company EnterInvest, where he served a number of clients in the real estate, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
Valentin Gavrilov graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University, where later in 2004 he earned a PhD degree for his research of macroeconomic policy issues. In 2007 he received MBA degree from HEC School of Management, France, specialising in Finance and Strategy.
