Manage To Let
We recognise that vacant space is a wasted asset and we have devised a programme which maximises the potential of filling empty space, as quickly as possible, with the best tenants. ‘Manage to Let’ is a concept employed by our Property and Asset Management team to help our clients get void space occupied. Our programme is based on four key initiatives which build on our excellent property and site management services by focussing on four key letting aids:.
Set the right budget - Whatever our clients budgetary considerations, our team will ensure that the building is run to maximise the impact of their letting campaigns.
Dress the building - First impressions count and our building managers ensure that a prospective tenants leave with a great impression. We achieve this through focusing on every small detail, including the greeting and processing of visitors, staff uniforms, planting, temperature and cleanliness of vacant floors, and availability of car parking. We ensure that our clients’ buildings shine.
Work with the agents - Establishing protocol and regular communication with letting agents are key to successful viewings. We work closely with the agents, building staff and suppliers to ensure that our clients’ buildings are managed to the highest standard and viewings are made as efficient as possible.
Anticipate tenant need - Making a decision to take space is not taken lightly. Our team work hard to ensure that that the decision making process is made easier, by providing all the information they need when they need it.
Ready for Sale
We understand our clients’ needs and our clients’ investment needs, and we ensure that their properties are ‘ready for sale’ at any time, meaning they don’t lose out at the point of sale.
