Building Surveyors can make a contribution to every aspect of property ownership and occupation. Our core business lines are due diligence, dilapidations, defects analysis and diagnosis, and party walls. 

We also provide an invaluable resource for Landlords and Tenants dealing with licences to alter, schedules of condition, and maintenance projects. Our team will take care of strategic planning, contractor selection and contract administration on site.
