Our services

  • Lease monitoring - Performance monitoring of all contracted parties, property inspections, lease negotiations and provision of strategic advice on rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Finance / cost assessment – Provision of client accounts payable, receipt and verification of landlord charges, collection and submission of local sales tax invoices, demand and collection of sub-tenant rents, monitoring of landlord charges and participation in annual real estate budget process.
  • Common areas service charge administration for reluctant landlords and tenants.
