CBRE’s Panaeuropean Portfolio Management Department is responsible for integrating and centralising all the information concerning the operating of its clients’ assets, coordinating and supervising the management of the various property managers and local agents, accountants, tax advisors and other collaborators, as well as the staff hired by the company that holds the properties / fund.
As such, clients receive consolidated information encompassing the management of their assets, the accounting and tax management of the said assets and the company investment vehicle.
