Warsaw, 18 April 2012 – CBRE Development Consultancy Team has been involved in a recent residential land acquisition in Warsaw.
CBRE represented Matexi Polska Sp. z o.o. in the acquisition of a residential development site in Bielany district in Warsaw. The land will be developed with a medium-scale residential estate for ca. 5,000 sq m PUM. The property holds a valid planning permit. Matexi Polska Sp. z o.o. intends to start construction of the building within the next 12 months.

One of the largest Tri-city office transactions signed
Warsaw, 3 April – CBRE today announced that Bank BPH has chosen its new headquarters in Tri-city region. The Bank will lease 19,000 sq m in Euro Office Park complex and the move is planned in mid 2013. CBRE advised Bank BPH on the office leasing process by providing integrated Transaction and Project Management services, and running a comprehensive and transparent process, the bank obtained.
