What we do

We specialise in complex, high-value capital projects.

Our knowledge of the institutional investment market and development practice allows us to develop projects that are fundable and lettable, and that can be built with the minimum risk.

During 2009 the Building Consultancy department from CB Richard Ellis has grown and strengthened its Technical Consulting Services, Contracts’ Contests, Project Management and Works Supervision as well as developed a new service of Architeture and Engineering. It maintained several national and international clients and was instructed by various new clients. 

From the clients with whom it previously worked in 2008, and continued in 2009, we can emphasize the German Groups Resort Invest Troia Management GmbH and Engel & Volkers, with whom performed Project Management and Works’ Supervision for several villas located in the Tourist Complex “Troia Resort UNOP 2” and the Insurance company Tranquilidade S.A. with whom it continued the development of the rehabilitation of two buildings in the Central Lisbon area developing the works of contractors’ contest, selection and awarding of works and coordination, management and works’ supervision. BCS continued to provide technical support to the Salvation Army’s Properties.

It also performed Technical Due Diligences, Space-plannings and works’ cost estimates for various national and international clients and reinforced its intervention as service providers in Project Management and Coordination and Supervision of works in several particular residences mainly located in Lisbon and Algarve. It is important to emphasize the involvement in the Project management in a condominium, owned by Lapa Properties.
