Office Property Consultant/Broker
Main duties and responsibilities:
Active clients/tenants search
Searching for, selecting and demonstrating office properties to clients
Negotiations, purchase and sale of office properties
Making contracts, supporting deals
Preparing presentations
Management of clients’ database
Monitoring and analyzing real estate market
Main requirements:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, economics or real estate
Brokerage experience and/or experience with international real estate consultancy firm would be an advantage
Knowledge of the Kyiv and Ukrainian real estate markets
