In total, we acted for either the landlord or the tenant in over 36% of all the space let in Central London throughout last year.
In 2012 we retained our market leading position, advising on more acquisitions and disposals of Central London development opportunities than any other advisor. This amounted to a 33% share of the market by value. In particular, we advised on 3 of the 10 largest land transactions in 2012.
