Fund Advisory Portfolio Management

The team provides advice on over £2.8 billion of funds for clients including The Crown Estate retail portfolio and the BBC Pension Fund.  These mandates include fund shaping advice, acquisitions and disposals advice, and overlay strategies including the 4 Quadrant approach. 

Single Asset Advisory

In both 2007 and 2008 we advised on or provided complex transaction support for over £3.5 billion of single property assets.  This included:

  • Identifying and releasing development opportunities
  • Tenure restructuring
  • Establishing partnerships for complementary resources
  • Effecting transactions as well as the management of property related risk
  • Project managing specific development situations and leading multi-discipline teams to achieve the client aim.

Through our joint ventures we advise on relative value between direct, indirect (listed and unlisted), property derivatives and real estate debt.
