Brian joined the Belfast team in 2001 after 14 years as a director with Lambert Smith Hampton in Belfast having also previously worked with Cluttons in Knightsbridge, London. He is now Managing Director of the Office and sits on the UK Regional Directors Board.
His specialist areas include Valuation and Professional work although he also gets involved in the larger transactional deals. He continues to act as commercial property advisor on Titanic Quarter the largest mixed use development site in the Island of Ireland.

David joined CBRE in 2003 having previously worked for McKibbin Commercial since 1997. As an Associate Director for CBRE, David is responsible for a wide range of instructions to include rent reviews, lease renewals, rating consultancy, valuation work and general agency. He has eleven years experience in the Northern Ireland commercial property market
David is a member of the RICS and previously sat on the Commercial Faculty Board as International Faculty Representative for Northern Ireland. Deborah Wiggins
After graduating from the University of Ulster, Deborah joined CBRE's Belfast office in July 2000 as a Graduate Surveyor gaining experience in a wide range of commercial property functions. Deborah became chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2001 and has since then specialised in asset management and valuation work but also works closely with other departments to provide a full service to clients.
Deborah has experience in the management of multi let office buildings, retail units and industrial/business parks, including associated professional work and agency instructions. Deborah progressed to Senior Surveyor in 2004 and has been involved with a number of high profile instructions during her time at CBRE, gaining a broad experience in most disciplines, enabling her to deal with a wide cross section of property issues.

Gareth McGimpsey
Having previously worked for Osborne King since 2005 Gareth joined CBRE in early 2010 to head up the firms Agency department. With over ten years experience in the Northern Ireland commercial property market, as an Associate Director Gareth is responsible for all agency instructions primarily covering office and industrial. He is also retained to look after residential and commerical land disposal in addition to consultancy advice to a number of clients.
Gareth is a member of RICS and holds a PhD from Queens University, Belfast and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. Previous experience includes sales of various development land sites for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, letting agent for the Northern Ireland Science Park, property consultant to the Belfast Central Library Project and portfolio managemnt for Antrim Borough Council. Current projects include: agency lettings, portfolio sales & disposal advice, acquisitions and concusltancy to: CEMEX; Rugby Estates Plc; Kilroot Business Park (Highcross); Ravenbalck Developments Ltd; Edenbrook Investments Ltd and Bar Ltd.

Emma Fletcher
Emma joined CBRE's Belfast office in September 2006, after graduating form the University of Ulster where she obtained a First Class (Hons) degree in Property Investment and Development. Prior to joining CBRE Emma had gained experience in the Northern Ireland commercial property market undertaking a placement year in DTZ McCombe Pierce.
Emma is based in the professional services department she is involved with a range of valuation and landlord and tenant work. During her time with CBRE she has gained valuable experience in numerous areas of commercial property including: agency, asset management and professional services.

Ciara joined CBRE in February 2010 as Surveyor, Agency. Having previously worked as Asset Manager for ING REIM, London, Ciara's role is to assist in all agency matters and to drive the growth of management instructions to the Belfast office .
